Just finished din. I think the bland diet is actually agreeing with me. I feel lighter and less bloated.how do u plan to put on weight?take more carbs?

I have those. I use them in vase or glass round bowls to decorate wtih water and floating candles and flowers.

Dunno still around or not. Need to search. I have not seen them for 4 years at least. If got, I will give you free.

I try tomorrow search for them.

I am packing clothes for giving away tomorrow. Those vases and glass bowls I am not sure what to do with them as yet.

I also have coloured pebbles in odd shape.

I've heard the sounds of metal roofing expanding and contracting before, it's similar to that of heavy raindrops but less intense. But how do you explain the other marble sound, where the frequency steadily increases (like a real marble bouncing off the floor until the energy dissipates)?

Had to borrow my friend's handphone to tell my mum I wanted dinner because I told her I would be away till tml, and I had just washed my handphone.

i am still hungry cos tonight's dinner consisted of just one fish dish and no meat ....

5-mushroom herbal soup (no meat !) ... stewed brinjal (no meat !) .... stir-fried pumpkin (no meat !) ..... leatherjackets in bean paste (I want mammal protein !) ......

a bacon sandwich is on the cards later in the evening ....
