is oatmeal nice?? im afriad to buy and dislikes it.. den wasting

Oatmeal is nice! But I prefer rolled oats because they are more
chewy (though not easily digested). I usually buy 1kg of rolled
oats then mix with 200g of walnuts and 300g of mixed fruits &
seeds (sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, dates, flaxseed &
raisins), and every morning i will eat around 80g of this breakfast
mix together with 1 cup of nestle omega milk!
