Apparently when Ngee Ann City opened in 1993 with Takashimaya as
it's anchor tenant, Isetan started to fall.. Actually not tat
Isetan did not want tat prime plot, it was apparently refused
Lots of atas brand shops like Gucci all shifted over from Wisma
and later on Kinokuniya in 1999
