but mos started out small....in the past mac's were quite reasonable in terms of size

Notice how almost everything have shrunk ? .....

everything, from mcdonalds burgers to my favourite kway png and mee pok tah ....

there wouldn't be much left from a bowl of noodles after two or three bites ...

right now, I'm staring at this small meat pao sitting on a saucer at my desk ......

it's not even one good mouthful now ..... and it costs $0.70 for a tiny "small" pau now ! .... ... a large pau nowadays is like a big "small" pau in the old days, and a "small" pau nowadays is almost like a siew mai in size .... wth ! ..

in pluto, people were complaining about the stealthily creeping size of food portions ....

how come it's the reverse here ? ... prices go up ! and the portion sizes go down ... they want to have the cake and eat it too ? ....

the other day ... my folks tah bau'ed a packet of lor duck rice for me ....

i counted only four slices of meat in the entire packet ! .....

I was basically eating plain rice with lor sauce ... with about two bites of meat for taste ....

there were people saying the actual amount you eat every meal should be not more than the size of ur fist.. that's ur stomach size.. anything bigger than that means u're overeating..

yeah some "sizes" have come down (not the price though) but i'm generally ok with it since i don't eat much. was at a restaurant over the weekend and i asked them to doggy bag half of the portion.

the coffeeshop near my office has really reduced the portion of rice given. The rice given now is like in one small corner of the styroform box….....

the concept is to eat a few smaller meals each day and not just 3 big meals.. at first you'll feel starved.. but soon you'll feel that your appetite going down.. which is better?

a dumpling is more heavy than its size. you can try a meal with the size of your fist.. then fill the rest with fruits or veggies?

fruits and veggies are excluded in the fist count.. because they're good for you.. eat more no harm..

if you have been thinking you're fat or you eat too much or you spent too much money on food, this is something you can do? but it's not to the extend of don't eat horr.. must eat when you're hungry.. but don't eat more than your fist size whenever you eat..

Punggol Nasi Lemak, the 50 cents rice portion only like 4-5 spoonfuls, if you don't add 30 cents extra rice, it is definitely not enough.
