in order to make full use of the blood and reduce wastage, eg.
Platelets are very in need for Leukemia patients, so a pack of
platelets would be efficient than having to use up a whole blood
pack for just the platelets. Whole blood is needed for transfusion.

the wrong reasons like thinking it's free HIV testing, or what
chiong for champion blood donor.
