Yes...and it's available in M1 and maybe other telcos...
But I'm not sure if it's the cheapest....I'm trying to find out
if calling oversea via a fixed line is still cheaper than even the
cheapest prepaid card.
Btw, whether it's prepaid card or regular mobile sub, the rate
is the same. For M1 at least.
