Wow... you speak as if getting a house and car is kinda like
walking into K-mart and buying them off the shelves!
Hold your horses... those two big-ticket items are going to take
months and years to materialise! I'm afterall, on a single
income, and I do have big bills to pay still.
On top of that, I have to save up and fund my Deakin Uni
Post-Grad Dip too. My finances will be pretty
stretched! 
Wasn't there a hunkerooney at your place of work who caught your
eye and whom you were stalking... um, I mean, wanting to get to
know better? Wouldn't that be your ticket to a dual income
household?
