specifically, pumas were not in the design considerations when
they produced the frigate years back. kinda like the chinook to the
LST.
we may buy the aircraft later, but we know what we wanna
get.
F-15s were considered already long long long time ago. i got to
see the promotional details and files while clearing the main
hangar's store room.
They sure know what they want.
But they bloody hell don't know what they need.
