what the hell were they thinking when they came up with this policy, i don't know..

Van 70kph, SBS buses & lorries abv 3 ton 60kph... Cement mixers and those 50kph usually banned from Expressway only SAF vehicles exempted unless w/ TP permit

Been surviving on 4 hours' sleep per night since the beginning of the week... and surprisingly, my concentration at night has been reasonably good. Been able to make great headway in my thesis as a result.

Then I slept 7 hours last night to make up for lost sleep.... and now I'm groggy as heck even with one mug of instant coffee chugged down....

Anyone with any explanation on this phenomenon?
