MPB friend got better theory
1) They let Mas Selamat go so that they can capture the entire
JI group
2) Mas Selamat died from torture and to cover up they said he
escaped
number two is far-fetched ....
it's a lot easier to say he died of a heart attack or had a soap
fight and was killed or slipped and fell from a rambutan tree or
something ....
they won't go through all this hassle with troops and gurkhas
for a charade, nor do I think they enjoy loosing face on the
international stage that much ...
