in today's malaysia, it most probably meant illegal immigrants
from indonesia ...

My customer told me that these days you get lots of murders
because your jail time is shorter if you kill the guy compared to
if you hurt him
Kill the guy and you get like a year for 'manslaugther' This
only applies to 1 race. If you are Chinese, Indian or any other
race, it's the gallows
Police don't take action if you are of 1 race. I suggested the
II bit and all of my customers scoffed ...so you get an idea how
bad it is.
I mean just look at Penang. 2 years ago I wouldn't think twice
about walking around on my own. This time, I have not even thought
about it and every single one of them advised me against wandering
around on my own -_-"
