not the way the English make it.. that's wimpy..
the good stuff is when you take the live cockles dip in boiling
water for about 8 seconds and then bring it up.. open up and eat
the bloody mess.. one of life's simple pleasures 
but there are other things there too... like clams, mudcrawlers,
whelks and whatever creepy slimy crawlies which are mundo
delicious!
