i'm back and bloody hell i nearly bang into a car who wasn't
happy with someone else
from ECP - TPE, near my place, there was this car who was
overtaking a bike in the 1st lane really dangerously.
apparently he's pissed with the bike, so when he overtook the
bike... he jammed the brakes.
when that idiot jammed the brakes, he didn't realise 1/4 of his
car is still in the 2nd lane and that's where i was travelling.
luckily i saw it and managed to stop
bloody idiot like to play with lives, he wants the other bike to
slam into him and the rider + pillion die issit? 
There are always such road bullies.. best is to report such
matters
