I once had to make do with leaves on a 10 day outfield ... and
caught a bad case of blisters around the ... pipe exit ...
and my brother was hospitalized in china once, and had to be
exacuated to singapore .... he caught a bad bout of food poisoning
in yunnan, which had him running to the toilet there often, he was
using the local papers, which was like treebark ... all the rubbing
from the multiple trips to the loo caused tears in the skin .....
and he caught a bad infection from there ...... 
so yeah ... toilet paper and wet wipes are important ...
