stellazio SG i can, but i'm lazy. i only do so when they come to my sch or camp. the blood donation centre have been sending me reminders to go donate more blood.
the Bear SG not this saturday.. it'll only be 8 days after taking an antihistamine.. i can't donate... if it's the next, it'll be 15 days.. but i'll have to see if i gotta work..
