Well, SG probably isn't the only export market for that CD. It
probably makes more economic sense for the record company to
distribute their products from a central location, regardless of
where the CDs were actually manufactured.
Kinda like how FedEx channels all of their domestic packages
through their Memphis hub, regardless of their origin and
destination. A package sent via FedEx from, say, Los Angeles to San
Francisco would be routed through Memphis, halfway across the
country.
