ShrodingersCat SG hee reading abt incremental theorists vs entity theorists.. the article "From Research to Reality: Enhancing Learning and Psycho-social Development" given by my tutor.. from the journal Pastoral Care, September 2002, Written by Ann Nadge, Edited by Peter Lang. think you might find it in JSTOR. I thought its interesting because how our current education system really inculcate entity learning values. No wonder so many people low self esteem and cynical la. But of course, some thankfully remains unharmed. Sometimes .. no learning is good learning.
ShrodingersCat SG hee..when I finish my writing my essay *vomits*... i'll stick my summary of the article in here.

Ferret SG Originally posted by ShrodingersCat: 1)How resilient do you think you are? Not very/quite/enough/very Very. Life bites me. I bite back 2)when you meet with failure, what do you think are the factors contributing to your failure? i.e. - cos u didnt learn properly - cos u not good enough - cos you didnt put in enough effort etc~ Rarely meet failures. I believe in planning. When I do meet with failures, its usually due to circumstances not within my control. Etc: someone's else decision to make. 3) what are your immediate responses to criticism of performance? Uh. Defensive. I know its awful. But if i did put in the effort, of course it'll be great. And while I dont expect a "GREAT JOB", at least dont hurl crap back at me. I am in a crappy mood this morning cos i received 3 horrible phonecalls in a row. If the answers dont make sense, just ignore
Isis SG Quite stubborn but not dumb. I could kept mute and think about it when i'm alone. It is good to have criticisms but i don't like unfair criticism.
