the Bear SG oh.. was watching History Channel.. there was a time when onboard a British ship, buggery was punishable by hanging.. but then, it was reduced to being flogged by the cat-o-nine-tails
the Bear SG a friend of mine once took that.. he went to the civil serpent club.. but i don't see them offering it anymore
laurence82 SG but for you, do you really have to go swim? is there anything like water aerobics or water pilates sort of thing?
the Bear SG mostly to go relieve the pressure on the back... maybe i'll just go float around for a couple of hours
