the Bear SG nah.. i try not to watch chinese serials.. i have this theory that watching those things will degenerate the brains and reduce IQ until your brains implode and dribble out of your ears... i've already killed too many braincells in the past with heavy drinking

the Bear SG yeah.. when i was well, i used to go to this place in Redhill.. hurt like hell but they did relieve the aches and pains... kinda scary.. sometimes joints go CRACK and you feel heck of a lot better
