actually for a specific job application, yes the idea of
aptitude tests on the employer's pov is to guage you for the right
personaility/aptitude.
but if we take the appliacant's point of view, you go there and do
it to get the job. the main/ultimate purpose is to get the job
offer, not to help the employer see if you are suitable.
