It depends on the experience to quote a salary range.
But at least must understand litigation and how the courts work. We
can pay quite well, but cannot afford to babysit too much.
Either must understand how corporate litigation works or at least
understand insurance matters, most commonly on accidents
claims.
Both positions are kinda different and we pay differently so I am
not sure how to quote. The company rather has the tendency to pay
for the experience and abilities then to set down a ceiling as to
what the person should draw as a market rate.
Qualifications wise, as long as can understand, commn in english
cos the company has a international mix of employees. We are
talking Phillipinoes, Myanmars & the mix mash of us chinese,
malays & indians.
