no one but no one knew of the mischief i got up to Razz

but strangely, i was never terrible or did anything to anyone's stuff.. and that included supermarkets and malls.. apart from a bottle of cooking oil falling off the shelf by itself and spilling its contents at my feet making me unable to walk away because of the slippery gunk Laughing

i think someone on the other side hit the shelf.. because i didn't even touch it, i was minding my own business as usual Razz

I had an aussie friend visit once.

He travelled on his own and avoided all the tourist traps and took public transport, visiting all the heartland areas as well.

By the end of his visit he was asking me WTF is wrong with us singaporeans Laughing

go east coast on weekends and you can score super high points running over these ill mannered brats/teens who don't know how to read signs and whose parents never teach them anything but to irritate and annoy. So many ride on the wrong side, others simply stop suddenly in the middle, other ride so fast and lose control and may just are plain stupid and down right dumb. Somehow, and very unfortunately, western kids are better behaved than our own local spoilt version.

Me and Boss (half chinese, half angmoh) were at Cannes once.. he said : Look, the dogs here are more well-behaved than the Singapore Kids..

the dogs sat by their own at cafe, tails tugged in, waiting patiently.
when pple gave them a pat on their head, they responded gently.. Smile

well to be fair, at least the eat fruits sy1tom is not unique to singapore. I saw quite a few in melbourne taking bunches of grapes at the supermart and eat them as they go shop around. and no, they never bought any grapes that i could see.
