My mother insisted on dressing me till I rebelled at 15.
So dont talk about perm hair, perm fringe, disastrous looking fat
jeans & floaty frilly skirts....its still a major painful
memory.
My grown up standard faux pas is wearing giordano jeans with 3 for
$10 mini t-shirts and soiled sports shoes into the old Ridley's Bar
@ Ana Hotel.
But then.....because I usually buys bottles. No one cares what I
wear as long as I am the one throwing the money around. The
bartenders knows to always make space for me at the bar counter,
bringing me stools or whatever once I stand in front of them.
