Wow. That's actually a very reasonable rate for an hour of
personal service. Unfortunately, making the pain go away for good
would probably require something a bit more drastic and expensive,
like surgery. 
On an unrelated note, I was reading this thread about the apparent double taxation
on the utilities bill. Is that really true? Is the GST being levied
on the water conservancy tax? That doesn't seem right. If it is
really happening, why haven't more people raised a stink about
it?
