Actually, no. Among the HREs (Hourly-Rated Employees), I'm one
of the oldest. Most of them are between 18 and 21 years of age....
while I'm 24.
That said, they don't treat me any differently. Barring a couple of
totally unreliable workers who like to skive and strive to do the
bare minimum, they all work hard, put in their best effort, and do
their best to work together. 
And yeah.... I'll keep in touch with as many of them as I can. And
that includes my female colleagues.
