the Bear SG but if you cook bittergourd long, it's not bitter anymore.. i like thinly sliced bittergourd in fish soup.. very refreshing

ndmmxiaomayi SG Yes, haha. And I'm called a weird kid. I still don't understand what's so weird about liking a bittergourd. Can try frying the bittergourd with egg. It's not as bitter when it's in soup.
nightzip SG i like bittergoud soup too.... I like the cai png stall dish where they have this bittergoud cook with egg shreds.... the soup supposed to "cool" you down, good for health. Normally, i think the soup is steam with ribs or chicken, plus some herbs.
