I loved a particular brand of vegetarian noodles from Taiwan.
THink it's also from Tong I. 
I think when it comes to good texture in the ramen, the Koreans do
it well. Nong Shim's Spicy Mushroom is so darn good, one of my
Aussie colleagues eat the instant cup version almost everyday!
I love the Korean instant Ja Jyung Myun (cha jiang mian), the
Korean-ised version of a Chinese noodle dish, first introduced to
Korea by this Chinese restaurant in Chinatown and it has since
caught on amongst the Koreans big time.
