How to transfer money via iBanking?

So I bought something from someone and I want to transfer the cash to her, does anyone know how I can transfer the money with iBanking? I used POSB/DBS. Apparently it isn't as simple as when you do it with an ATM. With iBanking, they ask you for a Payee and to add a Payee to who you wanna transfer funds to. PRoblem is, I'm not sure if this is the right way. Any help?
