they got NS people, they have full-time Community Liaison
Officers, a full section in EACH of their little bits like NPCs or
whatever.. and they keep drawing out personel to go do what usually
3 of us do...
they have their own precincts and do all that in there.. about a
section of a few people.. multiply that by the number of precincts
and factor in the number of NS people they use...
we just do all that.. plus more stuff which other members of their
agencies are in charge of..
plus a lot of other staff work which their bosses have staff
officers to do..
it all adds up
