fudgester SG I've been trying to get admin jobs as well... But the sucky thing is that many of them seem to want 'Chinese-speaking' personnel only. I guess I can't really blame some of these companies... maybe they really do need people who can liase with China-based clients. Heck, once I tried applying for the position of Temporary Product Tester at an electronics firm... but the woman who answered the phone told me curtly that they only wanted females.

laurence82 SG could be right many females i know couldnt operate simple electronic stuff, would be wonderful if their products could be that simple or its QC job, mind you, women are known to be more observant and sharp
the Bear SG i turned on the bloody aircon and was still hot as heck last night this morning, woke up with a sore throat because of the dry air in the middle of the night, woke up a few times to drink water
Wanda SG Ya, tonight must turn on the aircon, but dunno whether the 2 cats will make noise outside our bedroom door, coz they always come to sleep on our bed sometime in the night.
