oi.. you know what "buar kee" is? vinegar crab...
usually, the crabs are sold whole and pickled.. the whole thing is
put in dark soy sauce with garlic and chilli... they're
pickled..
then when it's time to eat, take out, chop up and put vinegar,
shallots and chilli... to eat with teochew porridge...
