well, that's how break into the flesh.. but they weren't very good...

i like those giant sri-lankan ones.. and not fried.. those at Vienna were fried until the insides were all dried up...

good ones, still at the zhi-char place in West Coast.. chiong version of No Signboard.. it's called.. Signboard Seafood! Laughing

crab as good, if not better than the No Signboard one...
