av98m SG Should be no need unless his bank account is perpetually empty. I've been using a debit Visa for 5 years already, no problems whatsoever It also functions as my atm card.

hisoka SG i don't want so many bank accounts but diff bank credit card( i suppose correspondingly the debit) give different sets of discounts right? so to maximise i heard i need 2 or 3 of those

the Bear SG credit cards, you don't have to have an account with them.. i don't have a citibank account but i hold their VISA card...
