It depends on the lifestyle of ur boss.. some people juz like to enjoy the FINEST things of life.. Swarovski crystals are good enough. They sell brooch too. Actually I wanted to suggest buying her a shawl.. but i duno whether she's always wearing a jacket/blazer? other things like handbag, office bag, or something useful would be good too.
