the idea of wearing a tie in such a hot country is funny, but it
seems to be an idea based on social norms and conformity, as in,
everyone thinks i should do it, even though i don’t really like
that idea, but nonetheless i should conform to what the group is
thinking and do that. There was once a wit that says, if everyone
in the world is blind, i won’t waste money on branded
clothings.
