that is of sheer disgust 
i know almost every organisation will have been suckered into
implementing it for good or ill.. well, for some organisations, it
is essential for monitoring your performance... like say, the
manufacturing industry where quality control is vital...
however, we all know that there are organisations, for the sake of
attaining some award or rating, implement these things which end up
making things difficult for the staff, and worse, is detrimental to
the organisation as a whole...
