viciouskitty74 SG Well MG. what do you think. Should Singapore's ISD be concerned? Or US's DHS? If I look at his picture he sent me correctly (It was taken in China with some of his staffs). I think it had more to do with his 'China Tourists'.
the Bear SG that would be up to the STB.. frankly, it's about jurisdiction... singapore has no right to do anything if the crime involves things like the US visa... or it's a case of the police.. if the guy is ripping people off.. if it's a case of illegal immigrant trafficking to another country, it's up to the target country and interpol

the Bear SG PRC.. better to have nothing to do with them.. at all... those fellas are the biggest illegal immigrant problem everywhere in the world... and if it is PRC, they have legal ways to get in PRC itself, so why would he need to come in here?
Meia Gisborn SG Dunno. If he's attempting to smuggle illegals into the US under false documents, the DHS might take an interest, as it would be within their jurisdiction. I don't think the ISD would be interested if what he's doing doesn't constitute a threat to Singapore's infernal security. You're just after some reward money, aren't you?
