i did this many times
when you take KTM into malaysia from tanjong pagar, u will go thru
Malaysian customs officer but will not get ur passport
stamped
then you will go thru ICA at woodlands
on return trip you will need to produce your tickets, and that chap
at customs will simply stamp earlier dates
funny arrangement, not to mention cumbersome too
