littlestream SG si gui no lah, i know u r a good cook. wanna ask u about cooking beef. me no eat beef and have never cook them. anyways, gonna have a maiden attempt this weekend for the party. i am thinking of beef rendang. erm, how long to cook the beef ah? like must/can simmer or not? or throw in and turn off flame type. anyways, bottom line is how to cook beef rendang. not the rempah. i got the rempah already but how to cook beef. alamak, pai seh, like so lor soh hor. thanks first ah.
