not for eating!! 
it was kinda good while the plaster was on.. however, when i tried
to shower, even lukewarm water felt like superheated steam
and what's that buang whatever?
there's the tokuhon and salon pas versions.. and a whole lot i've
never used before..
maybe i'll give those a try
