with friends to share

hot, steamy and yummy
nice paper hot pot
sure hits the right spot
spanner crab full of roe
is surely balm for the hungry soul
salmon sashimi for all
you can't ignore its call
tempura freshly fried
such is a wonderful sight
egg custard for your tasting
hot soups for your savouring
desserts and fruit for your palate
or you can coat it with chocolate
flan and pudding so pleasing
cakes and more for your choosing
so tonight we will dine in good company
a thin excuse for our gluttony
but we say "it is all good"
