you'll definately like the experience
if you are in around noon, pop up to the pool to say hi to me, i
usually go swimming there for my lunch break
as for the view from the skypark, you can look into batam and
johor, bring a pair of binoculars but the problem is that the view
is best about/after noon and its very hot, if too early, the
view will be obscure by the morning mist/fog
