frustration with empty water bottle

.............i get your point... and i did not say that i drank 1liter of water at one go..i find that carrying and drinking about 1liter of water bit by bit...

hello guys, new here...

just wanna know if you guys who do outdoor activities have the same frustration of carrying a big empty bottle..

i do some jogging myself.. so i usually carry a 1l nalgene bottle

how i wish it will just disappear after i finish drinking it.. hand carrying an empty bottle looks a little foolish..

i also bring it in my bag at times.. similarly it takes up space after it gets empty.. only if i can flatten it..

anyone here feels the same way?

drink sufficient water the night before and the morning before the job. not like army water parade but drink constantly even a few mouthful ata time okay. and i mean water not any soft drinks. when you job you should not need to drink any water. look for jogging spots with water point, clean maintained ones. after jog go buy mineral water if really thisty. drink lowly. can get inflattable type. many sprts shop ad army emart got sell.

in my sexy FBT shorts, i only bring my house key & a $2 note. $2 is more than enough to get me a 500ml bottle of isotonic drink at the petrol station store.
