These ppl are actually the ones paying cash, cos topping up $20 at
1 go, to them it could be hard to swallow
Say the card fare is $0.65, ok fair enough, make the cash fare
$0.70... But there's no need for it to be $0.90!!! 
This thing aside, cos of this, I'm going to step up making
complains to them and 1 thing, take pic
