oh yeah, forgot to add.
my bike is shaft driven too 
and its the fastest shaft driven bike on the market now.
and my accident was slow speed. 
hmmm no idea actually but i think it should cost quite a
bit.
my fairing is smashed, my front fork is damaged. so is my box and
my exhaust (from dropping the bike). there's also the windshield
mechanism to be fixed too.
if i'm claiming from my insurance, its gotta be $3K above. but
then, if i'm claiming his... i wonder if the 3K applies.
