the Bear SG still steady at 11kg... i'm now 75kg once i'm back at the office, it's time to go visit the clinic where they asked me to test a pile of stuff for the liver.. i think i broke the time where i was supposed to go for the Hepatitis injection too.. may have to start again... i could not go because i was seriously incapacitated at that time.. maybe i'm no longer human foie gras
av98m SG Well, I think sushi will be the perfect food for an outing when you're well. You can't get much more healthy than that..I think its also the only healthy food I enjoy
the Bear SG dude.... fish roe can't be healthy... in fact, i think she and i share the love for unhealthy food... and in fact, she's also the type who will not eat the pincers of the crab, as that's the worst part of the crab... i'm enamoured by her..
av98m SG well you can avoid the fish roe then most of the stuff is healthy. I always whack the crab roe..while others are grabbing the pincers you'll see me reaching for the shell...
the Bear SG the body if you like the flesh.. it's tender and delicious.... and a person like me, knows how to take the thing apart... i let the people haggle over the pincers i remember the time we went to No Signboard... the fish.. i asked.. are you guys done?? they were and said there was nothing left.. i showed them... left nothing but bones.. and a lot of shocked faces
the Bear SG i like documentaries honey badgers are hilarious... they'll catch a snake which is venomous.. it gets bitten but it continues to eat the snake... the venom takes effect and the badger lapses into a coma-like trance... after a couple of hours, it wakes up and continues eating the snake scary thing coz the snake is VERY venomous
