Exit interview after you resign

Actually if its already at the exit interview stage then I think its a bit too late for the company to retain u. Normally if companies want to retain you, they'll say something once they get your resignation letter and not wait until the day u want to leave then ask you to stay!!

they really don't care.. it's just that they won these worthless awards like People De-eloper and SQA or whatever, those charlatans tell the companies that they must conduct these interviews "to learn" that they do...

otherwise, you think HR actually gives a damn what's going on?
