If the bus is overloaded, then I can see that as being a potential safety hazard. However, overcrowding on a bus might not necessarily mean it is loaded beyond its design limits (though the hapless passengers might be near or at the limits of their tolerance!).

I think you'll have a riot on your hands if a bus driver were to refuse boarding to some passengers on account of the bus having reached its MOGW! Mr. Green

I will just go complain to SBS, why are you overloading the bus, and there comes the cover ups

Lots of artocities are at the bus forum, thinking like the concession pass, SBS is making a loss or like the overloading, thinking it's not serious matter if an traffic accident esp if passengers gets injuried
