If I'm a fresh grad, I'll choose (a), because that's the time
when you have to establish yourself in your career and so, must
really put in a lot of effort and time to build a good foundation
for yourself.
BUT, I wouldn't want Option (a) forever though... maybe just the
first 2 years or so.
And oh, you mentioned 'fresh grad' but not the age... cause these
days, one can be a 'fresh grad' at age 45!
