the Bear SG lunchtime is the one time i look forward to in a workday... but the one thing i look forward to is knocking-off time
ShrodingersCat SG That is why lunch is such an important meal. It is the one bright spark which gives you the necessary energy (both edible and spiritual and emotional) to make it last through the second leg of the day. At least tt was how I felt during my previous job. The other stuff like Boasters snacks and nuts and chocolate that you consume DURING work itself is sort of like... trail mix you know? Oh well.. explains the weight gain.
the Bear SG i think i've gained about 3kg in 6 months since i've started normal office hours staff work.. when i was doing shift work, i skipped lunch during morning shifts and dinner during afternoon shifts but hey... lunchtime with friends is still a great highlight of the day no matter how much we get together
